Warranties

Prescription / Contact Lens Rechecks - 90 Days

Sometimes getting perfect vision and/or comfort with your glasses and/or contacts in the exam room doesn’t actually work in the real world. This could be caused by a multitude of reasons but have no fear, Wise is here. Just contact us within 90 days and we will reevaluate you free of charge until we get it right.

Frame Change - 30 Days

How can you possibly know that a frame you wore for a minute is going to be what you love for a year? Try those frames out for a full 30 days to make sure and if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied come back in. We will restyle you into a new frame and remake the lenses at no charge. 

*Restrictions apply. Returning frame must be in good condition. Charges may apply

Frame Warranty - 1 Year

You aren’t perfect, neither are our frame manufacturers. Whether it’s your fault or theirs, Wise will make sure to adjust, fix, or replace your frame for ALMOST any reason for a year from the purchase date. 

*Restrictions apply. Replacements are limited to 1 client defect and 1 manufacturer defect, Charges may apply

Lens Change - 90 Days

Change can be tricky, so when trying a new lens design and/or prescription we understand that it just might not work right for you. We do recommend giving it about 2 weeks to try and adapt before making any changes. However, we give you 90 days to make any changes to your lenses for any reason.

Lens Warranty - 1 Year

Contact Lenses Warranty

All contact lenses are fully warranted against prescription changes, defects, tears, etc. when purchasing a year's supply. If you have any problems with the contacts we will replace or exchange them.

Contact Lens Rebates

Every contact lens manufacturer has slightly different policies but one thing they have in common is that the rebate must be completed within 60 days of purchase. After this period there is nothing we can do to help. So, if you’re a procrastinator or just have a crazy busy life, please do not hesitate to ask us for help in submitting the rebate. We can usually get it done at the same time you pick up your supply so all you have to do is wait. Pro tip - Set a reminder for 5 weeks from the day that you submit the rebate. If you don’t get that reminder before you get that rebate email, either contact them or us to follow up.
